The Silicon Valley based project needed signage that met its brand statement to reflect its rich agricultural past in a modern way that showcased its high-tech future. The multi-use project incorporated civic, retail, residential and office. Two options were studied, one leaning towards the agricultural past and one more towards the future. Both were viable hybrids that brought a unique personality to the project.
Proper wayfinding reduces tension and helps keep customers informed. The Sunnyvale Town Center needed many applications of signage, from restrooms to parking to office buildings. The diagram shown gives clear applications of these signs and assists the client in getting quotes and making purchasing decisions.
This high-end residential complex, near to the UCLA campus, wanted to showcase the revival Spanish architecture that the area is known for. Signs incorporated tile and design elements that brought unity to both indoor and parking signs.
