Shipping & Return Policies

At this time Smitten Invitations only ships within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska. Signature upon delivery required for shipments over $250. Tracking available for orders above $50.00.

Shipping times are calculated in addition to processing time. Customized orders will first be processed, printed, and then shipped according to the delivery method chosen. Customized orders typically take 3-4 weeks printing and processing time,and specially created Custom Orders may take as much as 3-4 months.

For rush customized orders, please contact a Smitten Invitations representative to expedite your order.

USPS Express orders must be received by 2pm PST to ship out the same day (assuming all items are in stock).

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will do our best to accommodate your return.* We ask that you return the items within 30 days of delivery and that the items be returned to us in their original condition and in their original packaging.

* We cannot guarantee that the color you see on your monitor matches your order, as monitors vary in color. Color should be similar to what you see on screen but colorcannot be guaranteed. Small imperfections due to the letterpress process such as misalignments, varied color, etc. are part of the charm and value of the letterpress process and are what make your stationery so delightful and unique. We will be unable to accept returns for typical letterpress process deviations, unless a blatant printer error has been made. Please be aware of this before purchasing a letterpressed product.

Customized Items

All purchases with customized text are final, including custom designed orders. If you have made an error in your text we will reprint your items for up to a 15% discount.**

** Mistakes that are considered customer’s errors include: Misspellings, incorrect information or grammar mistakes. All text, spelling and grammar are the sole responsibility of the client.

Returning Your Items

Please call a Smitten Invitations representative at 1.877.705.1277 and we will email you a return form. We cannot accept any returns without a completed return form. Ship the item to:

You will be notified by email when we receive your returned item. Your account will be credited within 30 business days of receiving your item.
